Our Supply Chain Mission? To become a globally recognized EMEA supply chain team, which continuously innovates and improves quality of service in a transparent, compliant and patient-centric way.
The Supply Chain Planning department is responsible for Sales & Operations Planning and Inventory Management for the EMEA region. Our goal is to improve synchronization and decision making across functions within EMEA by improving collaboration and aligning the organization around a single operating plan, supported by the right data and tools. We aim to balance demand and supply and ensure healthy inventory levels that maximize customer service and minimize backorders and obsolescence.
Together with the Customer Service department and the European Distribution Center (EDC) we act and collaborate as one supply chain team.

**Job Summary**:
As our Supply Chain Planning Support, you will support the Supply Chain Planning department by bringing inventory data to life with the help of technology through functional analysis, data modelling, and creation of visualisations in dashboards and reports. You will support the department as a full back up for the servicing processes specialist, prepare periodic master data reviews and other supporting tasks.
**Responsibilities**:
**Analysis and reporting**
Servicing processes:
- Provide reliable schedules to peers regarding product availability.
- Report on open service orders and purchase orders activities and work closely with service providers for improving delivery performance
- Analyse, report and act on fixed assets status: contract, end of service life, location, financials
- Send recurring servicing reports to stakeholders.
- Follow-up purchase orders status as well as their related documents and timings.
- Supply Chain Planning departmental scope:
- Produce functional analysis for new reporting and dashboard development.
- Support through weekly and monthly inventory reports to stakeholders.
- Create user friendly Power BI dashboards for KPI reporting and inventory data exploration.
- Collaborate with planners, business units and customer service to identify ways to improve and optimize reports
- Structure and document procedures related to reporting.
- Maintain a comprehensive overview and periodic review of all department reporting activities.
- Approve customer and consignment returns in SAP based on inventory policies.
- Plan and follow up on periodic replenishments to a 3rd party logistics service provider for business continuity planning.
- Provide support in preparation of monthly sales and operations planning processes
- Prepare and support in periodic master data maintenance activities for the department.
**Administrative support to Servicing processes**
- Day to day activity back up for servicing processes specialist in case of absence.
- Distribution of documentation between service providers, branches and/or business units.
- Follow up invoicing status with Finance & Accounting.
- Create deliveries for pending orders in SAP.
- Create service orders and purchase orders in SAP and communicate with service providers.
- Create fixed assets out of requirements from inventory or new supply
- Process and finalize return orders
- Other cooperation with internal stakeholders, e.g. invoice clarifications
- Keep responsible material master data updated
**Profile Description**:
You have a** Bachelor or Master degree** or equivalent through experience.
**Experience with SAP (IBP, MM)** is an **asset **(not a must - internal training will be given).
You have strong **analytical skills**: ability to collect and analyse information, problem-solve, and make decisions.
You have excellent **organizational, communication **and **collaborative skills**. You can adapt your communication to your target audience.
You are fluent (both written and spoken) in **English**. Other languages are an asset.
You are **flexible **and are able to remain focused under stressful circumstances.
You are a **team player** who can also work independently.
