**Description**:
Looking for a Senior Controlling role?
The Controlling department of our client is embarking on a transformation journey aimed at enhancing internal processes and achieving operational excellence. This vision entails expanding the financial scope of controlling into a business-centric role, encompassing the monitoring and optimization of operational activities. the roadmap outlines two primary axes:
Operational Excellence:
Enhance departmental knowledge through training development and procedural documentation.
Automate controlling tasks.
Enhance reporting capabilities.
Foster new communication channels with the business.
New Activities:
Implementation of a performance management system.
Formulation of a resource allocation framework.
Launch of an efficiency enhancement program.
Digitalization of operational processes.
Within our reporting domain, we require external support to accelerate our transformation in three key areas:
New Analytical P&L:
Development of a comprehensible P&L for all stakeholders.
Technical refinement of the Analytical P&L.
Reviewing processes in collaboration with controllers to form the foundation of the Analytical P&L.
EPM Reporting:
Analysis of the requirements outlined in the 2024-2027 tariff proposal (Capex and Opex).
Proposal of a reporting framework to facilitate regulatory reporting.
Reporting by Value Stream:
Automation of reporting by business stream, a novel concept introduced during our 2022 Business Plan.
Integration into SAP or Business Warehouse based on Domains (Cost Centers) and potentially other dimensions like processes (Activities).
**Profile**
**Requirements**:
10 to 15 years of experience in financial and controlling or consulting.
Proficiency in SAP and additional SAP tools and software.
Advanced forecasting skills.
Extensive Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft tools proficiency.
Innovative thinking.
Hands-on approach.
Rapid learning capabilities.
Strong presentation skills.
