Who are we looking for?

The HR Service Center (HRSC) has the ambition to help Lineas in realizing the modal shift by creating high quality, efficient, scalable HR operational processes.

Our new HR Officer is:

- responsible for performing these HR-processes and delivering this HR-services to all Lineas employees living in the French speaking part of Belgium.
- responsible for all operational HR, personnel, payroll and comp & ben administration.
- first point of contact for our employees concerning all questions related to their employment at Lineas.
- performing all HRSC processes following the standard way of working according to the defined standards.
- Ambitious and excited to share new ideas and put these to practice.

What are your duties?

Personnel administration: Being responsible for all administration related to employment of all Lineas, with a focus on our French speaking, personnel:

- Carry out all administrative procedures at the beginning, during and at the end of the
- employment, related to the employment with Lineas.
- Drawing up employment contracts and addenda.
- Manage individual personnel files.
- Administrative management of personnel insurances.
- Administrative management of work accident files.
- Manage personnel administration in SuccessFactors

Payroll:

- Pre-payroll tasks
- Run Payroll
- Perform post-payroll tasks (reporting, controlling, )

Helpdesk:
Being first point of contact for all employees concerning their employment with Lineas.

General:

- Follow up non-indivdual recurring tasks

What is your profile?
- You have good payroll knowledge and proven experience in personnel administration, previous experience with eBlox and/or Successfactors is a plus
- You are service and process minded
- You have excellent Microsoft Office skills
- You are interested in payroll
- You are fluent in French, but can also communicate fluently in Dutch or English
