Dankzij teamwork is KBC Asset Management (KBC AM) uitgegroeid tot **marktleider in collectief en individueel vermogensbeheer**. Elke dag zetten we ons in om het vermogen van miljoenen klanten te beschermen en te laten groeien — zowel via onze fondsen als via discretionair beheer van het vermogen van particulieren en institutionele klanten.

Als compliance advisor zorg jij ervoor dat de producten en diensten van KBC AM in lijn zijn met de toepasselijke wetgeving en sta je in voor de **bescherming van onze beleggers**. Bovendien onderhoud je in jouw rol ook een goede relatie met de toezichthouders.

Dat doe je samen met andere compliance collega’s, maar ook in nauwe **samenwerking met tal van collega’s uit andere afdelingen** zoals Risk, Legal, Operations, Product Development en Portfolio Management, zowel op nationaal als internationaal niveau.

**Wat verwachten we van jou?**:

- Zowel in het kader van dagelijkse activiteiten als in het kader van projecten **adviseer** je collega’s rond compliance topics.
- Je** evalueert** op regelmatige basis de risico’s en impact hiervan op de KBC AM activiteiten, op alle entiteiten van KBC Asset Management Group en hun klanten.
- Je volgt nationale en internationale ontwikkelingen op binnen je vakgebied: UCITS, AIFMD, MiFID II, MAR, enz.
- Je geeft **ondersteuning** bij de ontwikkeling en implementatie van compliance-beleid en -procedures.
- Je deelt je expertise met collega’s door** opleidingen **te geven.

**Jouw troeven?**:

- Je hebt **minstens 5 jaar relevante compliance, regulatory of juridische ervaring** bij een financiële instelling of verzekeraar. Of je werkte als consultant/juridisch adviseur voor klanten uit deze sector.
- Het spreekt je aan om je (verder) te verdiepen in individueel en collectief vermogensbeheer.
- Dit is een internationale rol**:helder en overtuigend communiceren in het Engels **is een must. Kan je dat ook in het Nederlands of Frans? Dat is zeker een meerwaarde.
- Analyseren en synthetiseren behoren tot je sterktes. Je kan de **essentie van een complexe situatie begrijpelijk verwoorden.**:
