De **rol van compliance is de afgelopen jaren steeds belangrijker **geworden, omdat de regelgeving in Europa complexer en strenger geworden is. Om boetes of reputatieverlies te vermijden, rekenen we op een sterk compliance team.

Jouw focus binnen ons team? **Monitoring
- en rapporteringstaken uitvoeren** of coördineren over onze verschillende entiteiten heen.

KBC Asset Management is aanwezig in **België, Ierland, Hongarije, Tsjechië, Slovakije en Bulgarije**. Samen met je collega’s in deze landen zorg je ervoor dat alle aspecten van de regelgeving (MiFID, IDD, Market Abuse, UCITS, AIFMD & AML) correct geïmplementeerd zijn en toegepast worden. **Wat verwachten we van jou?**:

- Je **coördineert de uitvoering van de verschillende Compliance Monitoring Programma’s **en doet 2e-lijncontroles.
- Wanneer je collega’s bij KBC Group Compliance **aanbevelingen **doen, zie je erop toe dat die gevolgd worden.
- Je **coördineert de voorbereidingen **voor:

- quarterly compliance **reporting**:

- quarterly compliance **KRI’s**:

- yearly Internal **Control Statement**:

- yearly** risk assessment **& compliance activity planning
- **investment restrictions** documentation (per fonds/portfolio)
- Je zorgt er ook voor dat we onze **1e
- & 2e-lijncontroles voortdurend evalueren,** bijvoorbeeld op het vlak van relevantie of methodologie.
- Je draagt bij tot **beleidsbeheer**.

**Jouw troeven?**:

- Je hebt een masterdiploma en **ervaring in compliance**. Zo was je al betrokken bij 2e-lijncontroles, de evaluatie van **1e-lijncontroles **en het opzetten van een interne controle-omgeving.
- Je bent vertrouwd met **verschillende compliance-domeinen **(e.g. MAR, ESG, MiFID, AML, ). Idealiter heb je ook enige kennis van vermogensbeheer, bijvoorbeeld rond investeringsbeperkingen.
- Je werkte al met **GRC tooling **en kan zeer vlot overweg met Excel en Sharepoint. Ken je Simcorp Dimension of een andere asset management tool? Nog beter
- Je werkt graag **gestructureerd **naar een resultaat toe. Geen probleem voor jou om taken efficiënt te plannen en de touwtjes stevig in handen te houden in projecten.
- Je **communiceert **helder en verbindend in het **Nederlands **en het **Engels**. Wanneer jij richtlijnen toelicht, begrijpt iedereen het. En is er een meningsverschil? Dan krijg je iedereen terug op dezelfde golflengte.
- Net als je collega’s, werk je graag samen met anderen en hou je ervan om **bij te leren.**
