**Wat zal je job inhouden?**:
Als Teamleader ben je werkzaam in de afdeling Los Product. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor één team van bulldozerchauffeurs en rapporteert aan de verantwoordelijke van deze afdeling. Je bent o.a. verantwoordelijk voor de volgende taken:
- Je zorgt ervoor dat de twee menglijnen bevoorraad zijn en niet zonder grondstoffen vallen.
- Je ziet erop toe dat de premixen, voor het maken van de mengsel, klaarliggen zodat de bunkers van verpakt tijdig kunnen gevuld worden.
- Je doet aan productiebewaking zodat het vullen van de bunkers van de afvullijnen niet in het gedrang komt en de laadtijden van de vrachtwagen tot een minimum beperkt.
- Bij het overschakelen van het ene product naar het andere, zorg je ervoor dat de pre-mix bunker en banden leeg zijn
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor één team laadschopmachinisten en staat in voor de opleiding hiervan.
**Wat zoeken we?**:
- Je hebt bij voorkeur een technische opleiding A2 of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
- Je bent in het bezit van een wielladerattest en hebt ervaring met het rijden met de bulldozer.
- Basiskennis PC is noodzakelijk.
- Je spreekt en begrijpt zeer goed Nederlands.
- Je bent flexibel, bereid tot ploegenwerk en occasioneel weekendwerk.
- Veiligheid, kwaliteit en milieu draag je hoog in het vaandel.
- Zwaar fysiek werk in een stoffige omgeving, schrikt je niet af.
