Sales & Marketing Manager

Nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) **Sales & Marketing Manager** passionné(e), créatif(ve) et dynamique, capable de développer et d'exécuter des stratégies marketing efficaces pour attirer des clients en ligne et en magasin. Vous serez responsable de la gestion des campagnes publicitaires sur les réseaux sociaux et d'autres initiatives visant à accroître la visibilité de la marque et générer des ventes.
Missions principales:
- **Stratégies Marketing & Publicité** : Élaborer des stratégies marketing pour augmenter la visibilité de notre marque en ligne et en magasin. Gérer les campagnes publicitaires sur les réseaux sociaux (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.), y compris la création de contenus attractifs, la gestion de budgets et l'analyse des performances.
- **Acquisition de Clients** : Mettre en place des actions pour attirer de nouveaux clients, tant sur notre site web qu’en magasin, en optimisant l'expérience utilisateur et en analysant les comportements des consommateurs.
- **Optimisation du Site Web** : Collaborer avec les équipes de développement pour améliorer la performance du site web et mettre en place des stratégies SEO et SEM afin d'augmenter le trafic et la conversion des visiteurs en clients.
- **Analyse et Reporting** : Suivre les performances des campagnes marketing et des actions de vente, analyser les résultats et proposer des recommandations pour améliorer les performances futures.
- **Collaboration Interne** : Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes commerciales, créatives et de gestion de produits pour assurer la cohérence et l'efficacité des actions marketing.
Profil recherché:
- Expérience réussie dans le marketing digital, la publicité sur les réseaux sociaux et l'acquisition de clients.
- Maîtrise des outils de gestion des campagnes publicitaires (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc.) et des plateformes de réseaux sociaux.
- Forte capacité à analyser les données, interpréter les résultats et optimiser les actions marketing.
- Créativité et capacité à produire des contenus engageants pour différents canaux de communication.
- Compétences en SEO/SEM et en gestion de sites web pour maximiser la visibilité en ligne.
- Esprit d’équipe et bonne capacité à collaborer avec différents départements.
- Autonomie, rigueur et capacité à prendre des initiatives pour atteindre les objectifs fixés.
