**Job Description**:
As a National Key Account Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

- Managing and developing a portfolio of 50 to 60 key accounts nationally
- Establishing and maintaining strong and lasting relationships with key clients
- Identifying customer needs and proposing suitable solutions to meet their expectations
- Developing and implementing account strategies to ensure continuous and profitable growth
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues
- Negotiating contracts and commercial terms with key clients and working on long-term relationships
- Regularly monitoring the performance of clients and taking corrective action if necessary
- Conducting market analysis and tracking real estate industry trends in Belgium
- Actively participating in the development of the company's sales strategy
- Working closely with other members of the sales team and members of the Customer Care and Business Intelligence & Operations teams
- Attending industry events, conferences, and seminars to represent Immoweb and develop your professional network
- Conducting competitive intelligence and sharing relevant information with the sales team and management
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of key account management processes and tools

**Qualifications**:
Job Requirements:

- Perfect Bilingual French and Dutch
- Excellent oral and written communication skills (FR & NL)
- 10-15 years of experience in key account management or 5 years in a similar role
- Experience in the real estate sector is a plus.
- Have an interest in the Belgian real estate market
- Negotiation skills, analytical mindset.
- Team player
- Digital knowledge and interest in the digital world
- Very good experience with Power Point
- Very good experience of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) as well as SEO, SEA, SMO, and advertising skills required
- Able to negotiate at the DMU (Decision Making Unit) level.
- Willingness to cover the entire Belgium (travel required).
