**Functieomschrijving**: Als system engineer en technisch probleemoplosser bied jij bij klanten on-site of op afstand de benodigde ondersteuning.
Je voert technische installaties en configuraties uit voor hardware en software, en houdt proactieve monitoring bij.
Bestaande configuraties pas je moeiteloos aan en je voorziet de klant van duidelijke uitleg.
Naast het bieden van 2e lijn support, verzorg je ook de administratieve taken en voer je uiteenlopende projecten uit.
**Functie eisen**:
- Je hebt mínimaal een Bachelorsdiploma in een technische richting of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
- Met 5 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie op zak, ben jij de expert die we zoeken.
- Je werkt nauwkeurig en accuraat en weet klantgericht te handelen.
- Als zelfstandige en proactieve teamplayer weet je je weg te vinden binnen ons team.
**Kennis**:
We zoeken een echte allrounder met expertise in Microsoft - Windows Servers, Microsoft - Active Directory, Microsoft - 365 specialisatie, storage, Virtualisation - VMware en networking.
Certificaten zijn een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste.
