**Job description : Procurement Officer**

**Duties**

You will work under the supervision of the Supply Chain Manager to ensure and manage the whole procurement process.

You write down purchase requests and translate them into purchase orders, handle their follow-up and make sure the data remains up to date into the system.

You have direct contacts with national and international suppliers to ensure the purchases are delivered in time and match with technical and business expectations.

Considering our fast growing environment, this position will evolve very fast and will gradually push you to handle and take care of an increasing part of the supplier selection process (Cost/Planning negotiation, technical discussions with suppliers, supplier workload analysis,.).

You will report to the Supply Chain Manager and participate to the production ramp-up of Aerospacelab.

**What we expect as key activities**
- Ensure a close purchases follow-up with national and international suppliers,
- Write down purchase requests and create purchase orders into our ERP,
- Follow-up of purchase approvals workflow,
- Maintain data up-to-date into the system,
- Act as the “_Procurement key POC_” between Business and Engineering teams,
- Translate technical questions and needs of internal teams to suppliers (and vice versa),
- Organize shipments and deliveries,
- Set up and perform a supplier performance review process,
- Gradual involvement in suppliers selection process (RFQ phase).

**Must have**
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Logistics/Supply Chain/Procurement/Management or Civil Engineering is a strong plus,
- 0-3 years of experience,
- Fluent in English,
- Solution oriented & agile mindset,
- Autonomous & independent,
- Open to take responsibilities,
- MS Office.

**Nice to have**
- Can read a technical drawing,
- Background in manufacturing processes (machining, 3D printing,.),
- ERP knowledge (Odoo Ideally),
- Knowledge of export/import processes for EU.
