- Objectifs de la fonction
- Gère le plan de mirage et packaging afin d’avoir les ressources, l’équipement et les composants disponibles pour assurer les besoins clients.
- Maintien le système SAP à jour en temps réel afin d’avoir les ressources, équipement et composants disponible pour assurer les besoin clients
- Rôles et responsabilités
- Construit le plan de conditionnement détaillé des lignes de deux lignes de packaging et des lignes mirages en tenant compte des disponibilités de composants, des contraintes internes et externes, de la disponibilité des équipements et des ressources à disposition.
- Revoit et gère l’ordonnancement des conditionnements en adéquation avec le niveau d’inventaire marché et les demandes générées par SAP
- Assure le contact quotidien avec les responsables marchés afin de refléter les besoins clients.
- Fournit un plan de conditionnement réaliste avec deux semaines d’avance minimum
- Revoit les planned orders, process orders pour assurer et refléter un plan de production à jour dans le plan court terme
- Suit les règles standards mises en place pour mettre à jour SAP dans les temps et s’assurer de la cohérence des données
- Revoit les indicateurs clés pour garantir la vérité dans SAP
- Compétences attendues
- BAC+3 / BAC +5 avec une orientation logistique ou économique ou expérience similaire.
- Maîtrise des outils Microsoft Office
- Rigoureux, méthodique, précis, ouvert d’esprit, proactif et orienté client
- Esprit analytique, orienté solutions
- Esprit de synthèse et capacité de communication orale et écrite
- La connaissance de SAP est fortement souhaitée
- Une expérience dans la planification ou la supply chain est un plus
- Une expérience dans le monde pharmaceutique est un plus
- Une bonne connaissance de l’Anglais écrit et parlé est nécessaire
