**Enterprise Architect position(Remote)_European Commission**
**DESCRIPTION OF THE TASKS AND THE SCOPE OF COMPETITION**
The following tasks will be performed:
- Analysis of the integration of different information systems.
- Data analysis and data modelling.
- Coordination of the implementation of the technical architecture.
- Technical interface between the project leaders and the developers.
- Production of software architecture documents.
- Participation in technical working groups, progress meetings and meetings with the users.
- Assistance during relevant parts of testing, analysis, technical documentation, deployment, evaluation and reporting.
- Creating designs and blueprints of Cloud Architecture.
- Review of the architecture of existing systems to migrate of existing system in the cloud.
- Design and development of architecture components and building blocks using cloud components.
**LEVEL OF EDUCATION**
- Master's degree of 5 years.
**Job requirements**
**KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS**
The following skills and knowledge are required for the performance of the above-listed tasks:
- Very good knowledge of ServiceNow and cloud-based Integrations.
- Ability to perform proof of concepts (PoC) efficiently and fast.
- Ability to give business and technical presentations.
- Ability to cope with fast changing technologies used in cloud-based environments.
- Very good communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Capability to write clear and structured technical documents.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Capability of integration in an international/multicultural environment, rapid self-starting capability and experience in working in team.
- Ability to make presentations to Member State Authorities and other stakeholders, excellent communicator.
- Ability to participate in multilingual meetings.
- Ability to work in multi-cultural environment, on multiple large projects.
- Excellent Team Player.
- English C1.
- Ability to understand, speak and write French B2 will be an advantage.
**SPECIFIC EXPERTISE**
The following specific expertise is mandatory for the performance of tasks:
- Extensive experience as Solution Architect on ServiceNow platform.
- At least 4 years of relevant experience as Solution Architect on ServiceNow.
- Worked at least in 3 different ServiceNow engagements, of which a minimum of 2 must relate to activities deployed in the HR domain (HR Workflow / Case Management/Employee Workflow).
- Excellent knowledge of Enterprise Architect frameworks (e.g. TOGAF).
- Excellent knowledge of Project Management frameworks, including PM2 and/or SAFe5+ years of experience working as ServiceNow Developer or Tech lead.
- Good knowledge of business process analysis.
- Proficiency in Angular (latest versions, build and automation tools), Bootstrap and Typescript.
- Experience with responsive and adaptive design.
**CERTIFICATIONS & STANDARDS**
The following certifications are required for the performance of tasks:
- ServiceNow - Application Developer.
- ServiceNow - IntegrationHub.
- ServiceNow - ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
- Any additional ServiceNow certificates would be considered an asset.
