Bij INEOS Styrolution staat veilig werken centraal. Veiligheid is een belangrijk onderdeel van onze bedrijfscultuur en in onze werkprocessen. Van de werkvloer tot het management. Als wereldwijde leverancier van styreenkunststoffen spelen we een cruciale rol in diverse industrieën. Ter uitbreiding van ons SHE-team zoeken we een Contractor Safety Specialist met focus op contractormanagement. Krijg de kans om mee te werken aan een veiligere toekomst voor onze site in de haven van Antwerpen.

**Wat ga je doen?**

Als Contractor Safety Specialist ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt rondom veiligheid voor contractoren. Een groot deel van jouw tijd breng je door op de werkvloer. Jij ziet toe op het respecteren van veiligheidsregels door contractoren. Het contractormanagement systeem werk je verder uit. Daarbij horen taken zoals de selectie en evaluatie van contractoren en toezicht tijdens de uitvoering van de werken. Je neemt deel aan veiligheidsbijeenkomsten, audits, inspecties en projectbijeenkomsten.

Je maakt deel uit van de SHE-afdeling binnen INEOS Styrolution Belgium. Je krijgt vijf directe collega’s en rapporteert aan de SHE-Manager van de site. Management en medewerkers adviseer je over veiligheid en gezondheid. Denk aan naleving van wetgeving en procedures maar ook met oog voor praktische haalbaarheid en kosten. Je beheert SHE-aspecten bij projecten zoals shutdowns, organiseert de opmaak van het SHE-handboek, toolboxen, opleidingen en ziet toe op SHE-compliance van de organisatie. Genoeg te doen dus voor jou als Contractor Safety Specialist

**Wie ben jij?**

Jij staat voor veilig en gezond werken. En je hebt de vaardigheid om jouw kennis over te brengen op contractoren en collega’s binnen alle lagen van de organisatie. Dit vraagt van jou sterke communicatievaardigheden op alle niveaus. Jij hebt overtuigingskracht, neemt graag het initiatief en handelt resultaatgericht. Wij zoeken iemand met een technische opleidingsachtergrond. Daarnaast beschik je over een diploma preventieadviseur niveau 2 of je bent bereid dit te behalen op korte termijn. Ervaring met contractormanagement is een plus. Je vlot uit kunnen drukken in meerdere talen is een meerwaarde.
