**What will you be bringing to the team?**
- Develop, update, and maintain clear, concise, and accurate documentation.
- Define and enforce documentation standards, ensuring consistency and quality across all documents.
- Identify, ingest and process data sources which are required to display information relevant to the customer.
- Work closely with other team members and customer in order to create meaningful, reliable and near realtime visualization solutions in line with customer expectations
- Implement and manage version control processes and ensure proper document lifecycle management.
- Develop detailed strategies outlining the creation, storage, and retrieval of documentation to meet departmental needs.
- Create a range of documents, including user manuals, technical guides, process documents, and any other required documentation identified during needs assessments
- Create standardized templates to maintain consistency across various document types
- Implement a new system or improve the existing document Duties & Role: management system to enhance control, accessibility, and versioning. Attend to meetings with the customers, understand what their needs are, propose realistic solutions meeting these needs and implement those. These solutions shall be validated by the customer and improved unt

**Requirements**:
**What do you need to succeed in this position?**
- Have at least a Bachelor's degree
- Have a minimum 4 years of specific experience in technical writing or documentation management.
- Document Management with strong experience in inmplementing document control systems.
- Excelent knowledge in document versioning, access control including document lifecycle management.
- Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office suit, Confluence, SharePoint, adobe Acrobat, or other documentation and collaboration tools.
- Skilled in conducting comprehensive needs assesments across departments to identify documentation requirments and priorities.
- Strong understanding of document storage, retrieval and organisationa best practices.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) to convey complex technical information clearly and effectively.
- Good understanding of network communication protocols.
- Desirable:

- Graphic design skills, Adobe Photoshop, illustrator etc, to creat visually appealing diagrams, illustrations and inforgraphics to complement written content.
- Multimedia Content creation, familiarity with creating multimedia content such as videos, interactive tutorials, or presentations to enhance documentation.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and framworks (e.g. Scrum, Kanban) to adapt documentation processes to agile project environments.
- Understanding of industry-specific regulatory standard and compliance requirments relevant to the documentation (e.g. ISO standards, GDPR, FDA regulations).
