**EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
**Essential Qualifications/Experience:
- 2 years of practical experience in managing change request from initiation to closure while engaging with relevant process owners and stakeholders
- Technical Skills:
ü Risk management (BURM8) Level 4
ü Requirements definition and management (REQM8) Level 2
ü Configuration management (CFMG8) Level 4
ü Change control (CHMG8) Level 4
ü Software Development Life Cycle (HTS0410) Level 1
ü IT Service Change Management (T3220) Level 2
ü System Development Life Cycle (T0205) Level 1
**DUTIES/ROLE**:
- Risk Management:
ü Carries out risk management activities within a specific function, technical area or project of medium complexity
ü Identifies risks and vulnerabilities, assesses their impact and probability, develops mitigation strategies and reports to the business
ü Involves specialists and domain experts as necessary
- Configuration Management
ü Ensure the configuration items (CIs) are uniquely identified with naming conventions
ü Contribute to operational processes for secure configuration, classification and management of CIs, and for verifying and auditing configuration records
ü Ensure recommended corrective actions are taken for identified problems and issues
- Change Control
ü Assesses, analyses, develops, documents and implements changes based on requests for change
ü Ensures that operational processes are in place for effective change control
ü Develops, configures and maintains tools to manage and report on the lifecycle of change requests
ü Identifies problems and issues and recommend corrective actions
- Software Development Life Cycle
ü Identifies common issues and considerations for bringing a new product to marketplace
ü Describes major phases, checkpoints and deliverables. IT Service Change Management
ü Provides status reports for implemented IT service changes to senior management
ü Implements routine changes in a live IT service environment
ü Generates schedule and time estimates for IT service changes
ü Participates in analyzing the risks, costs and benefits of proposed
- IT service changes
ü Documents the procedures and changes made in IT service
- System Development Life Cycle
ü Clarifies the similarities and differences among life cycles; easily labels and describe each phase
ü Highlights the major phases, activities, checkpoints and deliverables in the system life cycle
- Release & Deployment
ü Assesses and analyses release components for input to release scheduling
ü Explains the basic concepts for tools and methods for software delivery, deployment and configuration
ü Ensure release processes and procedures are followed
**Deliverables**:
- Shall carry out all relevant tasks for the approval of a change request and its lifecycle management
- Shall carry out all relevant tasks associated to the Chair of Change Advisory Board (CAB) and Emergency CAB
- Shall be responsible for the production of CAB agenda and minutes
- Shall carry out all relevant tasks for the approval of Patches
- Shall ensure all related patching activities are executed against stipulated KPIs
- Shall provide advice to Business and Functional areas of Change and Patch Management Policy and Practice
- Shall carry out all relevant tasks to maintain Governance over all Change Requests
