**ORGANISATION**:
- Professional services
- Services with social impact, entrepreneurial culture
**YOUR ROLE**:
- You oversee strategic planning and implementation of solutions in collaboration with production teams.
- You manage resources for B2B and B2C customer learning offerings.
- You enhance operational management and delivery of learning activities through best practices.
- You collaborate with the production team and guide them to new learning solutions.
- You keep a close eye on the evolution of the companies' projects and report this to the board.
- You ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards for learning solutions.
**YOUR PROFILE**:
- You have a solid experience in L&D, and in leading a team.
- You are capable in overseeing long-term operational processes.
- You preferably have experience in a consulting environment and organisational design.
- You are solution-oriented with great stakeholder management.
- You speak fluent Dutch and preferably good understanding of French.
**PRACTICAL***:
- Contract type: freelance
- Work regime: 4 to 5 days a week
- Duration: available asap and for approx 6 months
- Location: Brussels
