Als ervaren Scrum Master ben je verantwoordelijk voor de ondersteuning en begeleiding van scrum teams.
Je hebt een 'hands on' profiel dat niet alleen faciliteert, maar ook pusht om resultaten te leveren (Delivery minded). Je werkomgeving is een veeleisende internationale organisatie met een 6 weken delivery-cadans aan ongeveer 1 miljoen klanten.
Je zorgt voor een duidelijke, open en coachende communicatie naar je development team zodat je teamleden alle tools en kennis hebben om op een flexibele en duurzame manier waarde te leveren aan onze klant.
Daarnaast voer je de meest courante scrumhandelingen uit zoals;
- Faciliteren van de scrum events waardoor de leden van het development team zelf hun werk kunnen organiseren, plannen en opleveren.
- Creëeren een ‘safe environment’ waar feedback en ideeën vrij gedeeld kunnen worden.
- Coachen van mensen door elkaars sterktes en te ontwikkelen kwaliteiten te laten leren kennen zodat ze deze optimaal kunnen en durven inzetten.
- Een ‘agile mindset’, alsook bewaker van deze mindset binnen je team
- Faciliteren van ‘continuous improvement’ initiatieven.
- Bachelor / Master of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
- >= 5 jaar ervaring in IT-gerelateerde sector (digitale TV is bonus)
- Je hebt reeds de rol van scrum master succesvol uitgevoerd
- Je hebt een ‘agile mindset’ en kan dit ook met passie overdragen op anderen
- Je bent sterk in het vinden van de balans tussen wat project-en ops. managers wensen/willen en wat het project nodig heeft.
- Ervaring met het (digitale) tv-landschap is een pluspunt.
- Je bent in staat om te werken in een snel veranderende omgeving en streeft voortdurend naar verbetering en kwaliteit.
- Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands of Engels.
