**Job description**:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Buyer F/M/X for our esteemed client, Amaris Consulting. This is an opportunity to join a dynamic team in Belgium on an Undetermined Duration Contract basis.
- Supplier Relationship:

- Supporting global supplier panel relationships.
- Managing specific supplier panel relationships, including negotiation and managing agreements.
- Monitoring day-to-day supplier performance and addressing issues promptly.
- Managing initial issues before escalation to line management.
- Ensuring compliance with the code of ethics and guidelines.
- Commodity Support on Site:

- Consolidating commodity needs and providing input.
- Actively participating in commodity strategy and panel development.
- Contributing to differentiation strategies.
- Assisting Commodity Managers during tender phases.
- Representing commodities in projects, platforms, and solutions.
- Collaborating effectively with internal customers and stakeholders.
- Involvement in Projects:

- Coordinating projects with all Metiers.
- Preparing and launching Requests for Quotation using standard tools.
- Leading project negotiations.
- Monitoring sourcing project performance and legal project evolution.
- Ensuring compliance with work package commitments.
- Preparing Business Awards.

This role requires someone who can manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention towards data accuracy. It's your chance to bring your talents where they will be appreciated

**About You**:

- You hold a degree in related field from an accredited institution.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including leadership abilities and the ability to persuade others.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to influence both internally and externally.
- Proficient in negotiation techniques.
- Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills.
- Proactive and willing to take initiative.
- Capacity for independent decision-making.
- Comprehensive knowledge of commodities within the area of specialization.
- Your decision-making skills are top-notch, backed by your ability to analyze market trends and forecast future conditions.
- Experience with Ariba or SAP can be advantageous for this role.
