**The job**:
In this role you will report to the group CEOs and will be part of the Belgian management team. You will be responsible for key business KPIs such as sales, churn and NPS. You will have full power to execute our strategies within the defined budget (CTS/CTA) and will lead our sales channel management and customer experience teams. You will have full support from our Regulatory team to maintain excellent relationships with key stakeholders. Your job / responsibilities will consist of:

- Management of the commercial department including sales, customer service and customer experience management.
- Monitoring of the sales, churn and satisfaction KPIs and ensuring the cost KPIs are in line with the annual budget.
- Development of sales strategies / the sales network.
- Leading and feeding the commercial continuous improvement (tools, procedures, sales / customer journeys & experiences).
- Managing the commercial team (recruitment, job descriptions, performance, individual follow-up, etc.).
- Managing commercial subcontractors (SLAs, quality control, etc.).
- Make sure legislative changes impacting the commercial department and its tools are properly implemented.
- Maintain excellent relationships with consumer associations, regulators, industry federations and subcontractors.
- Participate in the development of the company's activities and in the definition of its commercial and operational strategy.

**Is this job for you?**
- You hold a master’s degree in business administration or similar.
- You have minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- You have a strong business acumen, coupled with demonstrated negotiation and communications skills.
- You have very good knowledge in user experience and customer communications.
- You are a strong leader and you get things done.
- You are rigorous, hands-on and analytical.
- You are comfortable with figures, IT tools and project management.
- You are fluent in English, French and Dutch.
