La stratégie d’Ethias est d’être le no 1 du digital sur le marché belge de l’assurance. Afin d'accélérer sa transformation et de pénétrer un marché de consommateurs hyperconnectés, Ethias a lancé Flora, un nouveau projet ambitieux de startup corporate. Dans ce cadre, nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) **Data Analyst - Reporting & Finance** **(M/F/X)** pour soutenir cette croissance.
**Description de l'emploi**
En tant que **Data Analyst - Reporting & Finance**, tu seras responsable du monitoring de nos activités tant d’un point de vue des performances business que des flux financiers.
**Cela inclut les responsabilités suivantes**:
- Conception, implémentation et livraison de l’ensemble des reportings nécessaires au pilotage de l’activité
- Analyse et présentation des rapports aux différents stakeholders au sein des équipes Flora et Ethias
- Identification des opportunités d’automatisation dans la création des rapports et suivi d’implémentation de celles-ci
- Coordination et prise en charge des aspects reporting et suivi financier dans le cadre des relations avec nos partenaires et apporteurs d’affaires
- Amélioration de la qualité des données et des reportings
- Formulation de recommandations stratégiques
**Le profil**
- Tu as un diplôme universitaire à orientation Gestion ou Sciences appliquées
- Tu es à l’aise avec les chiffres, les reportings, les analyses et les synthèses
- Excel est ton meilleur ami
- Tu possèdes déjà une première expérience chez un assureur
- Tu es un(e) véritable problem-solver et tu es pragmatique
- Tu sais gérer plusieurs tâches en parallèle
- Tu es autonome et prêt(e) à relever des défis
- Tu as l’esprit d’équipe
- Tu portes un intérêt particulier aux nouvelles technologies
- Tu es à l’aise en anglais
- Tu es prêt(e) à t’éclater dans une équipe dynamique
**Cerise sur le gâteau**:
- Tu as déjà travaillé dans un environnement startup
- Tu as de l’expérience avec Google Data Studio et avec Salesforce
