Reward Analyst Western Region

As a Reward Analyst you will coordinate and deliver the different Reward processes within Western Region (Belgium, The Netherlands, Dutch Antilles, France and Morocco) and provide day-to-day support and Reward advice for internal HR stakeholders. You will support the development of the Western Region Reward strategy and contribute to diverse Reward related projects by providing a.o. analytical support. You will closely collaborate with Reward colleagues from different regions.

**What You will be doing**:

- **Coordinate and deliver existing and recurrent reward processes** within Western Region (e.g. compensation review, variable pay,) and continuously search for further optimizations and improvements
- Participate in the **job evaluation panels **for Markets & Airlines, BENE, France and Morocco
- Be the **first point of contact** for local and international HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition (e.g. provide ad-hoc reward advice for salary proposals)
- Support the Head of Reward and Reward Manager in successfully delivering the Reward strategy within Western Region
- **Develop and conduct analysis**, interpret results and make recommendations that support the development and maintenance of effective reward programs aligned with the organization’s reward strategy. For example, by working out business cases and delivering cost impact calculations for different Reward scenario’s
- Contribute to diverse** Reward related projects**, such as implementation of a new reward framework in different countries and business units in the Western Region
- Perform benchmark analysis for the different business units within the Western Region to compare TUI Reward practices to the market (e.g. yearly update of salary ranges in line with internal benchmark principles)
- Use the appropriate sources (benchmarking, salary surveys,) to **research market practices, trends, and regulatory requirements** relating to all reward aspects for the Western Region.
- Coordinate the** annual salary review** process collaborating with the HR Business Partners and management in capturing recommendations, and make recommendations for improvements
- Ensure that Reward policies and information is continuously updated and made available for the different HR stakeholders on the Reward Sharepoint
- Remain in close contact with the local People Services and Social Legal departments to stay informed on local legislation

**What we are looking for**:

- Ideally Master degree with minimum 5 years of relevant (e.g. compensation & benefits, payroll, reward) work experience
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Ability to prioritize to meet deadlines and work under pressure in a fast-paced and demanding work environment
- Organized and structured with natural attention to detail
- Positive mind-set, with a hands-on mentality
- Strong ability to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation
- Results-oriented
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Advanced knowledge of Excel
- Knowledge of the Hay Methodology is a plus
- English and Dutch, French is a plus.
