Within the Quality Function of Toyota’s European Headquarters, the Business Development team is a dynamic, multi-skilled team responsible for the execution of Toyota’s Global warranty policy in Europe, between all stakeholders [end customer, authorized repairer, distributor, head office (TME), Toyota’s Global manufacturing plants and our Parts & Component Suppliers].

**Your project**
- Warranty processes and systems cover a wide variety of areas, resulting in a large volume of manuals. This makes it difficult for users to find information they are looking for. You will be responsible to develop a chatbot to support internal and external customers in finding needed information easily. For this you will connect with colleagues that already have some chatbot development and data science experience within Toyota and will proceed on your own to build the chatbot.
- Periodic vehicle maintenance is an essential activity ensuring reliable operation of a vehicle on the long term. Thanks to connected vehicle data relevant parameters can be used to ensure proper maintenance is performed. You will study a concept to enable 12V battery maintenance traceability using vehicle connected data and other available data sources. This can then be used for further qualitative analysis by engineers globally. You will be the leader for this project while you discuss with colleagues to gather insights and guidance.- Overall, you will be part of a team of data enthusiasts, and you will be asked to support development of existing automation / visualisation projects.

Your Profile:
**Your profile**
- You are fluent in English (TME’s business language)
- You have an interest in Data and Data Science
- You have experience in Python programming and Large Language Models
- You can develop Microsoft Power Automate flows, Power Apps and Power BI reports
- You have strong analytical skills
- You are proficient with Microsoft O365 tools (Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, OneNote, Visio,)
- You are a team player with excellent communication skills
- You are able to present data in a clear and logical way
