**Omschrijving**
Als technische teamleader werkt u nauw samen met de operators van het las
- en plaatbewerkingsteam om kwaliteit, levertijd en efficiëntie te verbeteren.
Je ondersteunt de productiemanager bij het uitvoeren van de productieplanning van productieorders en van de resources.
Je werkt mee aan de efficiëntie in productie door het opvolgen van de gedefinieerde stuurcijfers.
**Profiel**
- Je motiveert en ondersteunt je team in hun persoonlijke groei
- Samen met je team ga je op zoek naar continuë verbetering qua technologie en processen en kijk je voor oplossingen
- Je volgt de planning nauw op zoals bepaald door de productieplanning en probeert de lead time zo kort mogelijk te houden
- Je zorgt voor de groei van omzet door kwaliteit systematisch te verbeteren

Kwalificaties*
- U heeft ervaring met het aansturen van een team
- U heeft affiniteit met de metaalsector, bij voorkeur met lassen en plaatbewerking
- U bent communicatief vaardig
- U spreekt vloeiend Nederlans en heeft een goede basiskennis Frans en Engels
