**Description du poste**:
Vous travaillez au sein de la Business Unit Customer eXperience (BUX) et vous rapportez au Business Transformation Manager de l’équipe Change & Innovation qui est composée de business analystes IT et de chefs de projets.

La BUX est une Business Unit au sein de la division Operations. La mission de la BUX est d’accompagner le client tout au long de son parcours. Nos collaborateurs interviennent pour assurer la sécurité de nos clients ainsi que leur confort en garantissant la qualité et la disponibilité de nos installations. La BUX est très variée Pas moins de 80 fonctions sont exercées par les quelques 900 collègues.
En tant que Project Manager pour le business, votre mission principale est d’assurer la gestion quotidienne de projets, depuis la phase de pré-étude jusqu’à la phase de transfert vers la production opérationnelle, dans le respect des délais fixés ainsi que des contraintes techniques, opérationnelles et budgétaires afin de répondre au mieux aux besoins du business. Vous assurez également le change management de ces projets.

Grâce à un panel de métiers très divers, nous avons la chance de nous occuper de projets tout aussi variés. Cela passe par des projets comme:

- L’amélioration du service en station pour les PMR,
- Le remplacement d’un outil de travail (tablette),
- Des analyses d’impact,
- L’implémentation des nouvelles structures organisationnelles.

Néanmoins, beaucoup de nos projets sont axés sur la transformation digitale.

Au niveau de la gestion du projet:

- Vous initialisez:

- Pré-analyse et analyse des risques.
- Identification des prestataires, interlocuteurs et experts.
- Identification et challenge des besoins.
- Identification des différentes parties prenantes ainsi que des différents réunions des projets.
- Analyse d’impact.
- Coordination des analyses fonctionnelles et techniques.
- Vous assurez la réalisation et le suivi:

- Analyse de risques.
- Animation de workshops et réunions de travail.
- Assurer la communication et les informations aux différentes parties prenantes ainsi qu’au sponsor.
- Le planning d’intégration.
- Coordination et supervision des phases de documentation.
- Vous assurez l’implémentation de la mise en production:

- La coalition des sponsors.
- L’analyse d’impact.
- La gestion des résistances.
- Le plan de formation.
- Le hand-over avec les équipes opérationnelles.

**Profil recherché**:

- Vous êtes titulaire d’un diplôme niveau Master (technique industriel, marketing, gestion ou IT) et/ou équivalent par expérience dans le domaine du project management.
- Vous avez une bonne expérience en gestion de projets, une expérience en change management est un plus. Vous avez l’habitude de motiver et de fédérer les acteurs d’un projet. Vous avez une bonne connaissance de la méthodologie Prince 2 et ADKAR.
- Vous avez une bonne maîtrise orale et écrite du français et du néerlandais.
- Vos qualités en tant que project manager : vous avez une très bonne capacité de communication, leadership, sens de l’organisation et pro-activité. Vous êtes flexible et vous avez une capacité d’analyse et helicopter view. Vous avez un esprit curieux, sociable et vous avez de l’empathie.
