- Ben jij een gepassioneerde en gedreven professional met een bewezen staat van dienst in Sales Management? Voor onze klant, actief binnen diepgevroren agro-producten, ben ik op zoek naar een Export Sales Manager die wil schitteren in een boeiende rol._
Jouw Uitdaging:
- Jij bent de motor achter ons commerciële succes, en je zet jouw enthousiasme en leiderschap in om ons team van Key Account Managers naar nieuwe hoogten te stuwen.
- Je krijgt de kans om de koers uit te zetten, prioriteiten te stellen en samen met je team winstgevende deals te sluiten die onze klant hun marktpositie versterken.
- Als relatiebouwer pur sang, ben je de brug tussen strategische klanten en de organisatie. Je begrijpt hun behoeften en creëert duurzame partnerschappen.
- De wereld is jouw speelveld - jij jaagt op nieuwe klanten, identificeert groeimogelijkheden en brengt onze aanwezigheid naar nieuwe hoogtes.
- Je bent een visionair die inzichten uit marktanalyses omzet in strategische actieplannen, en zo de weg plaveit voor ons succes.
**Profiel**:
- Een indrukwekkend Master diploma en een bewezen trackrecord in Sales Management, waarbij je jouw stempel hebt gedrukt in de voedingssector.
- Jouw ervaring met private label context is als goud in onze klant zijn handen.
- Jij bent de aanjager van verandering, met een gezonde dosis initiatief, en je schrikt niet terug voor uitdagingen.
- Met jouw analytische skills en scherpe onderhandelingstactieken ben je een geduchte gesprekspartner, binnen én buiten de organisatie.
- Jouw gedrevenheid kent geen grenzen en je gedijt in een familiale en snelgroeiende omgeving.
- Jouw coachende vaardigheden maken van jou een inspirerende leider, die anderen motiveert om het beste uit zichzelf te halen.
- Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands, Engels en Frans, waardoor je naadloos kunt schakelen in een internationale context.
