**Description de la fonction
**Effectuer des analyses sur base des besoins exprimés par le client et des stratégies définies par la direction ICT afin d'obtenir une image claire des évolutions nécessaires, et traduire avec l'aide de l'architecte ces besoins en solutions techniques que vous décrivez finement. Vous serez également en charge de vérifier la faisabilité technique. Vous travaillerez en collaboration avec les Business Analystes (AG PR, AG ISI, P&O, B&CG ou encore ESS) afin d'obtenir, de comprendre et interpréter les exigences de notre client de manière rapide, approfondie et complète. Ces analyses peuvent concerner de nouveaux besoins réalisés en mode de projet, des analyses de bugs ou des maintenances évolutives - aussi lorsque l'environnement technologique évolue. Traduire les analyses business en analyses fonctionnelles et techniques pour les équipes ICT de manière à ce que le client ait une image réaliste de ce à quoi il peut s'attendre, que le développeur comprenne ce qui est attendu de lui et que le testeur sache ce qu'il doit vérifier et puisse envisager l'environnement de test nécessaire pour ce faire. Les analyses doivent être conformes à la stratégie ICT de notre SPF (utilisation des BuildingBlocks). L'analyste réfléchit de manière proactive et assertive en collaboration avec le business sur l'impact de leurs exigences et proposer des alternatives si nécessaire en concertation avec les acteurs. Il coordonne également l'évaluation du coût de ces différentes solutions. L'analyste B senior peut se voir confier un rôle de management (de team ou de projet) L'analyste rapporte à son Service Manager et au Scrum Team les problèmes rencontrés afin de trouver une solution le plus rapidement.

**Description du profil
**Attitude proactive et positive quant à la qualité.

Communiquer/transmettre des connaissances, notamment à des analystes juniors.

Construire et maintenir une documentation technique pour guider l'équipe de développement (développeurs et testeurs).

Connaissance de l'anglais et d'au moins une des langues officielles du pays.

Vous faites preuve d'esprit d'équipe et de leadership et êtes en mesure de coacher et challenger des analystes du pilier.

Etre en mesure de prendre le rôle de chef de projet.

Avoir une connaissance approfondie du Business Process Modelling, des méthodes UML & BPMN, et de l'analyse fonctionnelle.

Etre capable de décrire clairement et de façon détaillée les processus souhaités et existants.
