In deze functie ben je expert van het domein Cards & Mobile Payments en zijn je belangrijkste taken:

- Het management ondersteunen bij de functionele en operationele ontwikkeling van het domein Cards ;
- Bijdragen aan de implementatie van de operationele strategie voor het domein Payments & Cards ;
- Transversale studies of initiatieven invoeren, coördineren, leiden en begeleiden ;
- Bijdragen aan de proactieve analyse van processen en het formuleren van verbeteringsvoorstellen ;
- Coördineren en behandelen van (grotere) operationele incidenten ;
- Beheren van bepaalde complexe of gevoelige operationele zaken ;
- Opvolgen van projecten gelinkt aan het domein Cards samen met de Project Managers ;
- Het domein vertegenwoordigen op interne en externe vergaderingen.

U bent het aanspreekpunt voor vragen en adviesverlening aan de verschillende externe partners (Wordline, Mastercard, Visa, Bancontact, Idemia, Thales) - of interne partners (Directie, Marketing, Projectteams, Audit, Risk Management, CORM,...) en de tussenpersoon voor de operationele diensten, project
- en IT-teams.
