Satellic's shareholders are T-Systems Road User Services GmbH and Strabag. T-Systems Road User Services GmbH is offering tolling services in Germany to the national toll charger and European-wide via its daughter company Toll4Europe GmbH. Satellic is offering the complete portfolio of tolling to the Belgium Authorities and the national and international road users. We are appointed by our client Viapass, the interregional entity representing the three regions (Flanders, Walloon, and Brussels).

Satellics primary goal is to maintain high performance while focusing on quality improvement. Satellic is on a journey to become The Quality Company. The IT Service Manager will join us in this collective effort.

The ICT department is responsible for all IT activities within the company and maintaining contacts with external service providers.

For the ICT department we are looking for an IT Service Delivery Manager Datacenter, Network and Office Infrastructure.

**Your areas of responsibility**

We are hiring a IT Service Delivery Manager to join the ICT Team.

You manage, operate and optimize our ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem, Release,...) and tools according to the agree SLA’s and OLA’s.

You will report to the Head of ICT and will work with both with internal customers and suppliers.

As IT Service Manager within Satellic, you are responsible for the following tasks:

- Ensure ITIL process are known and followed throughout the organization
- SPOC for questions and related issues
- Follow-up and monitoring of SLA’s and KPI’s
- Liaise issues, changes,... with suppliers using ticketing systems and stay in close contact with them.
- Follow up of tickets to 3 rd parties, such as Proximus, and TSI.
- Coordination of changes with internal customers and suppliers.
- You will be the Release coordinator for our releases (2 to 4 per year)
- Participate in P1 review, CTO meetings, etc.

Expert competencies
- Minimum of 5 years of IT and business/industry work experience and at least 3 years experience

in Service Delivery Management. Solid experience working with 3rd parties and suppliers.
- Fluent in English and Dutch or French, spoken as well as written.
- Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills and the ability to communicate IT Domain-related

concepts to technical and non technical audiences.
- Ability to translate business goals & requirements issues into technical and service specifications.
- Attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
- General technical knowledge about IT infrastucture (Windows & Linux), databases (Oracle), networking and firewalls.
- Proven ITIL Services knowledge (certification is a plus)
- Strong Organizational and coordination skills
- Team player.
- Goal and result oriented.
- Ability to adapt (priority management).

Dienstverband: Voltijds, Freelance

Loon: €3.500,00 - €6.000,00 per maand
