Als Enterprise Data Architect bij VDAB is het jouw doel om samen met je stakeholders de enterprise architectuur voor het opslaan, transporteren, verwerken en voorspellen van data op te stellen. Je zal vooral samenwerken met ons Artificial Inetlligence team.
**Waar kom je terecht?**
VDAB is een koploper op het vlak van Artificial Intelligence en zal naar de toekomst toe hier nog meer op inzetten. We zijn binnen VDAB bezig met de meest innovatieve technologieën en dit ter ondersteuning van de optimalisatie van de loopbaan van de burger. Binnen VDAB heb je dus het voordeel dat je kan in een heel innovatieve omgeving en daarnaast ook kan werken aan projecten met een grote maatschappelijke impact.
Onze I&T afdeling is zo’n 440 IT experts sterk. Voor onze divisie Architectuur & Innovatie zijn we op zoek naar onze Enterprise Data Architect om met name het Artificial Intelligence team te versterken.
Optimalisatie en innovatie staan centraal, bijleren doe je met volle goesting.
Thuiswerk is de norm en af en toe (één keer per week of om de andere week) komen we naar kantoor te Brussel (op 5 minuten wandelen van het Centraal Station).
**Wat zal je moeten doen?**
Als Enterprise Architect zorg je dat de evoluties en capabilities van het applicatielandschap aligneren met onze strategie en creëer je een kader waarbinnen de andere architectuurrollen aan de slag kunnen. Jouw ervaring met change management en gelijkaardige trajecten in andere organisaties stelt je in staat om niet alleen de juiste analyse en architectuur op te leveren, maar bent ook in staat het pad naar die nieuwe context uit te tekenen en te begeleiden.
In het bijzonder werk je rond de volgende zaken:
- Helder maken van welke data VDAB heeft, hoe deze opgeslagen, verwerkt, getransporteerd en gebruikt wordt door onze applicaties. Het rationaliseren hiervan en het afbouwen van de pijnpunten hierin. Alsook in de manier hoe bias, predicties, modellen worden opgeslagen en gebruikt zowel intern als extern door VDAB;
- Een nauwe samenwerking met ons AI-team om de opslag en verwerking van data af te stemmen op de noden van data science toepassingen en toekomstige projecten.
- Rationaliseren van de ML-Ops en Data-ops pipelines binnen het AI-team.
- Technische en business requirements in kaart brengen, linken en afwegen.
- Maken van high-level designs, die je kan aanpassen in functie van het doelpubliek.
- Je geeft advies in grote buy dossiers om de RFI- en RFP-fases kwalitatief mee af te ronden.
**Wie zoeken we?**:
- Je hebt minimum 3 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige architectuur functie. Bij voorkeur heb je een Master.
- Ervaring met Enterprise Architect (Sparx), Atlassian Confluence, Miro, Diagrams.net, Google Workspace is jou niet vreemd.
- Jouw sterke communicatie vaardigheden helpen jou bruggen te bouwen, opportuniteiten te creëren en mogelijke weerstand aan te pakken. Je bent vloeiend in het Nederlands.
- Je bent (kritisch) analytisch ingesteld en in staat een onderbouwde keuze te maken tussen kopen, zelf bouwen of hergebruiken.
- Verder ben je een teamplayer en houd je van je autonomie met een resultaatgerichte aanpak.
