We are hiring a **Quality assurance manager (QAM)** for our prestigious partner DIGIT TM (DG Informatics) **in Brussels**. DIGIT-TM is a contract from the European Commission for IT services across Europe.

As **Quality assurance manager (QAM)** you will be responsible for:

- Elaboration and maintenance of IS quality control procedures.
- Provision of quality plan.
- Definition, elaboration, management, and reporting of quality tests. - Perform the testing of the data warehouse chain from data sourcing to data visualisation.
- Perform data quality checks related to the data warehouse (completeness, accuracy, consistency, etc.)
- Advice on quality improvements.
- Coordination of test campaigns.
- Provision of quality studies, quality assessments or other quality matters associated with information system projects.

**LEVEL OF EDUCATION**
- A bachelor’s degree of 3 years. (Quality management, Information Technology, Finance & Accounting, Economy, Mathematics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering)

**KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS**

Following knowledge are required for the performance of the above listed tasks:

- Experience in the domain of data warehouse testing.
- Knowledge of testing technologies, tools and techniques.
- Good knowledge of information system quality assurance and quality control practices.
- Experience with quality procedures.
- Good knowledge of information systems lifecycle.
- Knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile)
- Knowledge of Test Management and Defect Tracking tools.
- Knowledge of automated testing of data warehouses would be an asset.

Following skills are required for the performance of the above listed tasks:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good redaction skills, experience in preparation of written reports.
- Capable to communicate effectively with different actors involved (testers, developers, management etc.).
- Strong capacity to give high-level presentations.
- Capability of integration in an international/multicultural environment, rapid self-starting capability and experience in working in team.
- Ability to participate in multilingual meetings.
- Ability to work in multi-cultural environment, on multiple large projects.
- Excellent Team Player
- Ability to understand, speak and write English at level C1
- Ability to understand, speak and write French at level B2

**CERTIFICATIONS & STANDARDS**

Following certificates & standards are required for the performance of tasks:

- ISTQB Advanced Level Test Manager or equivalent (optional).
- ISTQB Advanced Level Test Automation Engineer or equiv (optional).**Important**
