Voor onze klant, die een belangrijke speler is van verse kant-en-klaar maaltijden in de regio Gent zijn we op zoek naar een teamleader.
Dit houdt in dat je:
Een team van 4 lijnverantwoordelijken, 1 pasteurisatieoperator en een 15-tal polyvalente medewerkers aanstuurt en coacht.
Intensief op de werkvloer aanwezig bent en voortdurend afstemt met de andere afdelingsverantwoordelijke wat de stand van zaken van het productieproces is.
De productie
- en personeelsplanning voorbereidt en bijstuurt.
Zorgt voor het onthaal, technische opleiding en begeleiding van de medewerkers.
De kwaliteit en veiligheid van de producten en medewerkers garandeert. Dit doe je door kwaliteit
- en veiligheidscontroles uit te voeren, risicosituaties in te schatten en bij te sturen en de nodige documenten in te vullen.
Samen met de productiemanager en HR de evaluatiegesprekken van de medewerkers uitvoert en opvolgt.
Rapporteert aan de productiemanager.
**Wat wij vragen**
- Je bent in het bezit van een bachelorsdiploma (voeding/techniek/agro) of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
- Je hebt leidinggevende vaardigheden en weet mensen te motiveren.
- Je beschikt over technische kennis en/of affiniteit en kan goed plannen en organiseren.
- Je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit, handelt proactief en oplossingsgericht.
- Je werkt graag samen en communiceert op een heldere en efficiënte wijze.
- Je wil werken in een 2-ploegensysteem.
