Onze klant is een internationale speler in het produceren en verdelen van diepvriesgroenten, kruiden en fruit. De knowhow van de groep zorgt ervoor dat ze snel kunnen inspelen op de trends in de markt en nieuwe innovatieve producten kunnen introduceren bij de klanten.
Het recent opgerichte Group Sales Support Team gaat op zoek naar een nieuwe sterke kracht.
Als Sales Officer ben je het centrale aanspreekpunt voor de Sales Manager, de klantendienst en de klant. Verder binnen jouw takenpakket:
- Je hebt veelvuldig contact met de klantenservice, verkoop en supply chain om een correcte opvolging te garanderen en interne ondersteuning voor je klanten te verkrijgen.
- Het verzorgen van periodieke rapportages over omzet, assortiment, winstgevendheid voor zowel intern gebruik als voor de klant
- Prijsbeheer: offertes opmaken voor de accountmanagers, promobeheer, coördinatie en opvolging van artikelscreening van verpakkingen, artikelcreaties, eerste producties, NPD-monster.
- In samenwerking met de accountmanagers monitor en volg je aanbestedingen en offertes op en beheer je klantenvragenlijsten en duurzaamheidrapportages
Bij dit alles rapporteer je aan de Teamleider Customer Excellence.
**Profiel**
Jouw profiel:
- masterdiploma
- 5 tal jaar ervaring binnen snel groeiend bedrijf op gebied van klantenservice, inside sales of verkoopsondersteuning
- een groepsstructuur op internationaal niveau
- talenkennis: Nederlands, Engels en/of Frans / Duits
- werken met IT-systemen bij voorkeur SAP, Excel kennis, ervaring met CRM-systeem
- je bent leergierig, wil je ontwikkelen en ontwikkeld worden
- teamwerk en bedrijfsverbetering zijn je niet vreemd
