- BelgiumAs a **Digital Transformation Trainee** in the Equans Corporate Innovation team, you will be at the intersection of the organization to drive the digital transformation of our activities on sales, project management, engineering, construction and field services. This role is ideal for a proactive individual who not only possesses technical expertise but also has a knack for strategic thinking and effective communication.
We offer the flexibility for remote work and the possibility to work from one of our offices (in Aartselaar, Brussels, Grimbergen, Zwijndrecht) as needed.
You will work with a mentor who often works from Paris.
Minimum duration: 6 months
**Details of the job**:
- technical affinity and digital knowledge:
- leverage your technical background to understand and assess digital tools and technologies to transform our operations
- collaborate with the business units, operational excellence and supporting services (IT, HR, Communications) to integrate and optimize technological solutions
- organizational support:
- work closely with the different stakeholders to identify opportunities for digital transformation
- contribute to the overall organizational digital strategy and implementation
- assist in the coordination of pilot projects, POC, MVP and even scale up projects
- report writing:
- prepare comprehensive reports on tested tools and technologies, offering insights and recommendations
- communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- communication and preparation:
- assist in the preparation of webinars, ensuring seamless communication and information dissemination
- keep stakeholders informed about digital initiatives and advancements
- support in the organization and animation of communities working on the different digitalization topics
- strategic collaboration:
- collaborate with the business and all supporting departments to align digital initiatives with overall organizational goals
- actively contribute to discussions and provide insights for strategic decision-making
**What do you need?**
- master's degree in engineering, business, economics (specific knowledge/options in digital and data is a plus)
- passionate about innovation and digital technology
- proven ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- excellent organizational and communication skills
- self-driven with the ability to take initiative and think strategically
- strong proficiency in English; knowledge of French is a plus
