What to Expect
- As an Enterprise Operations Manager for Belux at Tesla, you will lead the team responsible for guiding our Enterprise customers through their delivery journey. Your role will involve managing their delivery performance, optimizing workflows, and actively participating in your team's daily operations, customer interactions, and performance analysis. You will work independently and closely collaborate with country and regional sales and delivery leadership, as well as our most important corporate and lease house clients.
What You’ll Do
- Develop, lead, and manage a team of Enterprise Operations Specialists and Coordinators, ensuring a smooth checkout, payment, and registration process for our Corporate and Lease house customers, leading to successful vehicle delivery at Tesla Centers, Delivery Hubs, and compounds
- Oversee Customer Readiness and KPIs for B2B deliveries, directing regional operations with a focus on improving delivery speed, reducing dwell time, compliance and increasing customer satisfaction for clients such as lease houses and large corporates
- Collaborate with Country Leads, B2B Sales teams, product teams, and major corporate and lease house customers to identify and implement operational initiatives aimed at reducing operation complexity and accelerating delivery speed and growth
- Build and maintain a high-performing team of specialists and coordinators, optimizing team structure, productivity, and satisfaction
- Establish solid relationships with Sales and Service leaders and teams, supporting our B2B customers' Tesla journey and promoting the adoption of new systems and processes
- Encourage the prompt adoption of new digital tools by your team and collaborate with EMEA and product stakeholders to foster continuous improvement
- Manage customer and stakeholder escalations professionally, seeking resolutions that ensure timely execution and customer satisfaction
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience in leading operations teams with a history of streamlining processes and achieving targets
- Demonstrated success in a fast-paced, performance-driven operational environment, with a focus on driving change and improvement
- Preferably, experience in automotive and/or B2B operations
- Proven ability to build and maintain collaborative cross-functional relationships
- Highly motivated and positive individual with a commitment to making a difference
- Technologically proficient and able to work with internal business systems
- Passionate about change in the transportation industry
- Fluent in French and Dutch with a strong command of English
