Csrd Lead

**Your Qualifications**
- At least 4 years of experience in consulting or service-oriented environments, with at least 2 years specifically in the area of CSRD.
- Proven track record in addressing ESG challenges within project scopes and delivering sustainable solutions across industries;
- Interest in structuring and enlarging the DataShift ESG offering to support more clients in their ESG Reporting journeys.
- Outstanding problem-solving skills with a focus on identifying and resolving complex ESG-related issues;
- Being able to deliver highly impactful solutions and work against tight deadlines;
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills;
- Master degree in the field of Business Economics, Business Analytics, Information Management or equivalent by experience;
- Fluent in English. Fluency in Dutch is considered as a big plus.
