- Het Project Management Office (PMO) is binnen de divisie Large Enterprises verantwoordelijk voor het managen van de projectportfolio, de projectmanagement methodologie en de projectuitvoering. Dit team bestaat uit ervaren en gedreven Projectmanagers, onder leiding van_
**_de PMO Manager en heeft als missie :_**
- _ projecten professioneel beheren binnen de afgesproken timing, budget en scope;_
- _volgens een degelijke maar wendbare project methodologie gestoeld op de internationaal erkende standaard PMI._
- Je takenpakket bestaat uit:_
- _ managen van diverse & complexe projecten in een multi-vendor omgeving waar je zorgt voor een goede bewaking van scope, budget en timing;_
- _een actieve en open communicatie onderhouden met alle interne en externe stakeholders;_
- _aansturen van meerdere projectteams; als senior projectmanager ben je tevens coach/aanspreekpunt binnen de PMO community;_
- _ontwikkelen en onderhouden van goede werkrelaties met alle betrokken partijen;_
- _begeleiden en ondersteunen van pre-sales trajecten waar je als projectmanager de klant (intern & extern) op een pragmatische en professionele manier te woord staat;_
- _rapporteren naar de opdrachtgever en stuurgroep;_
- _monitoring en bijdragen tot een verbetering van de processen;_
- _als ambassadeur uitdragen van de projectmethodologie binnen en buiten SD Worx._
**_ Profiel_**
- Wij verwachten dat je:_
- _ een masterdiploma op zak hebt of gelijkwaardig door ervaring;_
- _minimum 5 jaar ervaring hebt in projectmanagement;_
- _PMP (Project Management Professional) of andere gecertifieerd bent;_
- _ervaring met changemanagement is een pluspunt;_
- _ervaring met projectmethodologie voor implementatietrajecten in SAP / Peoplesoft / Oracle / Microsoft Dynamics is een troef;_
- _ervaring of affiniteit met Payroll en HR is een plus;_
- _sterke leiderschapscapaciteiten en people-skills hebt;_
- _communicatief sterk staat en door je kennis/charisma beschikt over de nodige overtuigingskracht;_
- _professioneel, organisatorisch en resultaatsgericht bent;_
- _commercieel en klantvriendelijk ingesteld bent en hierdoor in staat bent een hoog klantenvertrouwen op te bouwen en te onderhouden;_
- _zowel schriftelijk als mondeling een goede kennis hebt van Frans en Engels_
