As a **hands-on people manager**, are you looking for a challenging position where you can put your technical abilities, negotiating skills and systematic working style to good use? As Critical Infrastructure Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operation and maintenance of all the electrical, mechanical and HVAC equipment in our data centers. You are also eager to learn and closely follow the latest developments in the data center sector.

**Job description**:

- You will manage the team of Facilities Engineers, which is responsible for the maintenance of all existing technical installations in our data centers.
- You will also be responsible for organising and monitoring the maintenance planning, updates of plans, administration of the facility department and the associated reports.
- In this varied position, you will also monitor quality, incidents, safety, security and environmental management.
- You will also ensure, together with the Service Manager, that the work planned in our data centers progress smoothly and to a high standard.
- You will also be involved in helping to optimise the existing installations in close cooperation with the Project Lead, working together with subcontractors to ensure that the overall operation functions even more efficiently.

**Profile**:

- You should have a degree in Industrial Engineering or Civil Engineering or equivalent through experience
- You should have experience of managing a team
- You should have experience of critical work environments
- You should have a good knowledge of electricity or HVAC and facilities monitoring
- You should be trilingual: in Dutch, French and English
- You should have a good knowledge of incident, problem and change management
- Structure, good preparation & accuracy should be part of your DNA
