IT Specialist Local Infrastructure Delivery

**PRIMARY OBJECTIVES**:
Supporting the IT infrastructure for colleagues remotely across the local country and Europe with onsite support of assigned offices.
Work Independently and with Europe wide European IT colleagues to solve IT issues and
close support tickets with a customer and solution-oriented mindset.
**KEY CHALLENGES**:
- Prioritise, respond, and close helpdesk tickets within agreed Service Level Agreements
- Setting up new equipment including laptops and mobile phones
- Ensuring availability of infrastructure in assigned regional offices
- Setting up new starters and decommissioning leavers
- Undertake ad-hoc projects as assigned
- Assign tickets to appropriate helpdesk teams
- Manage relationship with local IT suppliers
- Autonomous coordination of tasks
- Asset Management
- Report to Team Leader Local Infrastructure Europe
- Ordering IT materials and taking care of the stock
- Managing Mobile subscription and relation with telecom provider
**KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS**:
Experience of/knowledge for supporting
- Windows 10/11
- Microsoft Office 365 online and desktop apps
- Android & iOS
- Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange, and Endpoint management
- Windows Server 2008, 2012, 2016
- LAN 1st line
- Place orders with local IT suppliers
- Experience with any IT Helpdesk tools such as ServiceNow etc
- Experience with remote support
- Flexibility concerning scope of work
- Ability to communicate proficiently with the **English language, good knowledge of **French or/ and Dutch**
