We are looking for a versatile and organized individual to join our team in a multifaceted role combining responsibilities as a Side Lead, Operations Director Assistant and Receptionist.

**Wat je doet** Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet visitors and provide them with a positive first impression of the organization.
- Answer incoming calls, transfer calls to appropriate personnel, and take messages as needed.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring cleanliness and organization at all times
- Ensure the smooth operation of daily activities at the reception.
- Organize and coordinate medical examinations in collaboration with Attentia.
- Work closely with the Site Lead/Operations Director to oversee daily operations;
- Keep track/Monitor of site performance and suggest ways to make improvements
- Act as a liaison between team members and management, helping to address concerns and facilitate communication.
- Assist the Operations Director in managing operational activities, including budgeting.
- Help develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree or equal through experience.
- Proven experience in customer service or receptionist duties
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, both in person and over the phone
- Flexible to take on additional responsibilities and adapt to changing priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Powerpoint, Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and professionalism.
- Fluent in Dutch and English. French is an asset.
