Nous recherchons pour une nouvelle mission chez l’un de nos clients dans le secteur de l'informatique, **un(e) Consultant(e) UX Research H/F** disponible **dès que possible**.

**Vos missions**:

- Missions Principales:
Tests Qualitatifs:
Mener des tests qualitatifs (usability testing, guerilla testing, etc.) auprès des usagers cibles pour valider ou invalider les différentes maquettes.
Extraire des pistes de réflexion suite aux retours des usagers.

Rapports de Tests:

- Rédiger des rapports de tests complets pour permettre la validation des améliorations proposées par le client.
- Améliorations et Wireframes : Définir des axes d'amélioration répondant aux attentes des usagers.
- Corriger, compléter ou créer des wireframes/prototypes adaptés aux besoins identifiés lors des tests.

Autres Missions:

- Assister les analystes fonctionnels dans l'étude des besoins métiers.
- Reprendre et finaliser les prototypes et autres livrables du consultant UX précédent.
- Élaborer des user flows ou autres documents clarifiant les besoins utilisateurs.
- Collaborer avec les équipes de développement et métier, assurant le suivi de développement.
- Participer à la mise en place ou l'évolution d'un design system cohérent.

**Environnement de Travail**:
Le travail s'effectuera sur 7 portails avec des enjeux communs mais aussi des spécificités propres à leur domaine (Culture, Sport, Aide à la Jeunesse, etc.). Vous devrez faire preuve de méthode, d'organisation, de rigueur et de compréhension pour avancer de façon transversale et spécifique, avec le soutien de l'équipe projet.

**Parlons de vous **
- Culture web solide (3 ans d'expérience).
- Maîtrise du responsive design, en particulier le mobile-first (3 ans d'expérience).
- Connaissances en HTML et CSS (5 ans d'expérience).
- Utilisation de logiciels de prototypage et conception graphique tels que Figma, Sketch, MockPlus (5 ans d'expérience).
- Gestion de projet en mode Agile (3 ans d'expérience).
- Analyse de données quantitatives et qualitatives (3 ans d'expérience).
- Conduite d'entretiens de type focus group et entretiens individuels, avec création de guides d'entretien (3 ans d'expérience).
