A 6 Month (Extendable Mission) at Schaarbeek - BE.

Language Requirement : DUTCH/French & English.

TITLE : Content and SEO specialist & User Experience designer

We are looking for a digital seeker to deliver top digital experience across the whole customers’ journeys and serve our customers, in an omni-channel strategy, across digital, mobile and physical channels.

**Roles and responsibilities**:

- Design, analyze and create digital content solutions to support the user journey and drive impactful digital experiences across multiple channels, platforms and segments
- Lead and shape the digital content design for web
- and app platforms (considering UX writing practices) in close collaboration with UX, designers and marketeers.
- Moving between strategy, design and implementation, ensure that content is aligned to the experience vision, design principles, content strategy and brand values.
- Plan, analyze and produce content and product copy that is relevant, easy to understand, accessible, inclusive, and conforms to the brand style & tone of voice.
- Understand user psychology and translate product specifications into customer needs to engage the customer and increase conversions
- Use data, insights, and research to take right content and design decisions.
- Ensure a permanent monitoring of customer feedback (verbatim, users' tests...) and metrics in order to optimise the user experience on the portfolio on our digital interfaces.
- Organize recurring customer tests and AB tests to support the assumptions made and continuously optimise the digital interfaces.
- Define & follow up usage performance KPI’s. Correct where needed by steering the needed updates.
- Ensure the implementation of a consistent user experience, across all touchpoints
- Continuously improve Pxs.be for all segments in order to generate online conversions, call deflation and achieve NPS targets.
- Ensure close collaboration with the different Tribes to make the digital flows as optimal as possible, in line with the customer journeys / value proposition.

**D2D activities**:

- Create the best UX wireframes with Figma
- Analyze and improve SEO and organic traffic
- Provide SEO optimized & conversion-focused copy in 3 languages
- Write web briefing for UI designers, Integrator, publishers in order to publish the webpages via our CMS
- E2E testing and validation for Portal and for sales channels
- Analyze performance to optimize pages via tools (Adobe Analytics, Content Square ) and customer’s feedback
- Propose AB testings and optimizations,
- Benchmark
- Propose assets and components for the Design System
- Define requirements for development as personalization, new components, components update,

**Profile**:

- Familiar with scrum techniques and Agile project planning.
- Sufficient understanding of usability and technological techniques & trends.
- Knowledge of these tools is a plus:

- Figma as wireframe tool
- Content Square as journey & zoning analysis tool
- SEMrush as SEO tool
- Minimal 3-5 year of relevant work experience in digital projects (as UX, content or SEO specialist, growth marketeer).
- You have good knowledge of French or Dutch and English; able to participate and interact in a multi-languages meetings.
- You have an excellent mastery of web copywriting in FR and/or NL, EN.
- You are used to analyse metrics reporting and perfectly know all the tips and tricks for the SEO.
- You are customers

- You have an ability or facility to understand the technical aspects of the internet.
- Open, you can easily communicate and share information.
- You have good creativity assets, to think out of the box and propose pro-active actions.
- Able to take your responsibilities, you work in team

- Organised, you can work on multiple actions and projects at the same time.
- You are a true team player with excellent communication and coordination skills (extremely fit to work in a cross-functional large company context and to motivate others).

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract

**Salary**: €450.00 - €470.00 per day
