This incredible opportunity is focused on leading our relationship with some of our largest partners across Belgium, Luxembourg and France territories for Workday.
**We have three key objectives**:
- ensure that our partner ecosystem is delivering extremely high quality projects to maintain our market leading customer satisfaction rating
- build and manage programmes to expand business opportunities through our network of partners
- develop executive contacts and opportunities for Workday outside of the Workday practices within our ecosystem
You will be involved in cross-functional projects and need to build a strong relationship with Sales, Services, Marketing, Value Management and Presales. You will be responsible to develop, nurture and manage key Partner relationships, develop net new business and ensure that our ecosystem has enough capacity for the business volume expected of Workday's high growth in the region.
This role is highly visible within the geography and requires demonstration of leadership beyond the immediate span of control. You’ll collaborate with our Global Alliances Vice President for EMEA & APJ, Global Alliances Senior Director for Continental Europe, Regional Sales Directors and Account Executives to name a few.
**What you could achieve in your first 12 months**:
- You will report to the Senior Director, Continental Europe region (France, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxemburg, Italy, Spain, Portugal), Global Alliances.
- Lead the Global Alliances business for Belgium, Luxembourg and France territories
- Develop strategies to build new business opportunities
- Empower partner organisations to engage effectively with Workday prospects by driving partner education, training, sales enablement and joint marketing programs
- Run regular business and quarterly business reviews at regional level, ensuring consistency across the partners operating in the region and develop relationships outside of the Workday practice
- Work closely with our Services colleagues to drive practice growth and experience with our partners
- Collaborate with marketing both within Workday and with our partners
- Engage with the value team to deliver both growth of the ecosystem and pipeline growth, whilst maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
- Drive a focused product, industry and/or segment marketing plan in alignment with the Workday field sales and marketing teams
- This role will be an Individual contributor position
**About You**
**Basic Qualifications**:
- **Language Requirements: Business fluent English and French required**
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in leadership roles (sales, operations, channels) with quota responsibility, working at executive level
**Other Qualifications**:
- Deep partner ecosystem understanding and work experience/exposure as well as connections at executive level
- Impeccable organisational skills and strong ability to orchestrate stakeholders in partner and client organisations as well as workday-internal
- Proven ability in creating and executing complex sales, operations or partner programmes, from start to finish, with a track record of successful revenue attainment
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Team player with the ability to work independently.
