**Description du poste**:
AG Real Estate recherche activement un BI Expert afin de renforcer l'équipe Applications, en charge des modules SAP et O365. Pour répondre aux besoins des cleints internes, la personne en charge réalisera le développement, la maintenance et l'évolution des outils de reporting. Les principales tâches sont:

- l'analyse, le développement et la documentation des demandes de reporting du business afin de mettre en production les rapports et KPI's demandés.
- la gestion du développement et la configuration pour les outils de reporting comme SAP Business Object (WEBI), Eclipse, Power BI,...
- la mise à jour de la documentation interne et la création des manuels opérateur.
- la création des scénarios de test pour les tests d’intégration et les tests d’acceptation d’utilisateur et leur suivi.
- l'organisation des réunions avec le business et l’équipe ainsi que le suivi de celles-ci.
- le support auprès des utilisateurs et prise en charge des incidents (gestion dans un ticketing system)
- la participation à des formations BI nécessaires à l’approfondissement du domaine de compétences

**Prérequis**:

- Formation : diplôme de bachelor (ou plus élevé) en sciences économiques ou en sciences de l’informatique appliqué ou qualifications similaires avec min 2 ans d’expérience.
- Une première expérience en reporting est atout
- Connaissances linguistiques : français - néerlandais - anglais (oralement et par écrit).
- Compétences informatiques : Méthode d’analyse, outils office.
- Vous avez un excellent esprit analytique pour comprendre des analyses et les traduire en rapports fonctionnels.
- Vous communiquez très bien oralement et par écrit (présentations, formation, communication de la sémantique des modèles aux Key Users sous une forme compréhensible, ).
- Vous êtes capable de détecter les conflits de priorité, de recommander les options possibles et de discuter des solutions avec les parties prenantes.
- Vous vous adaptez facilement et vous êtes un(e) self-starter, capable de travailler seul(e) tout en respectant les deadlines. Vous êtes attentif/ve aux détails tout en conservant une vue d’ensemble.
