We zijn op zoek naar een getalenteerde en proactieve BI Analist om ons Field Service-team te versterken. De ideale kandidaat heeft een passie voor gegevensanalyse, probleemoplossend vermogen en de mogelijkheid om complexe situaties te begrijpen en te vertalen naar haalbare oplossingen.

Je komt terecht bij Academic Hardware, het team dat zich specialiseert in hardware voor scholen. Dit team staat in voor de aankoop, voorbereiding, levering en herstelling van laptops en Chromebooks. Al onze toestellen worden geleverd met een uitgebreide garantie en service.

**Hoe ziet jouw dag er als Strategy & Operations Associate uit?**

Als **Strategy & Operations Associate** draag je de verantwoordelijkheid om waardevolle structurele data-inzichten te verkrijgen, financieel onderbouwde business cases te ontwikkelen, en proactief oplossingen voor te stellen en op te volgen in samenwerking met het operations team. Je speelt een essentiële rol bij het identificeren van trends, het oplossen van complexe vraagstukken en het optimaliseren van onze servicecentra in diverse provincies

**Hieronder vind je een greep uit je takenpakket**:

- ** Data-analyse & strategische inzichtverwerking**:

- **Uitvoeren** van grondige **analyses** van diverse **operationele**scenario's** om **verbetermogelijkheden** te identificeren en aanbevelingen te doen voor **doeltreffende**oplossingen**.
- Het **ontwikkelen van dashboards**, rapporten en **visuele weergaven** om inzicht te verschaffen in prestaties en trends door middel van interne tools (PowerBi, SQL)
- **Opstellen** van **business cases **in Excel ter ondersteuning van nieuwe investeringsmogelijkheden of verbeteringsopportuniteiten
- ** Operationele optimalisatie & project management**
- **Ondersteuning voor het operations team **bij het **identificeren** van mogelijkheden tot **verbetering **en opvolgen van **implementatie projecten**.
- ** Communicatie**
- **Faciliteren** van **effectieve**communicatie** tussen verschillende servicecentra en het leggen van verbanden tussen diverse gegevens.
- **Begeleiden** en **ondersteunen** van onze service centrummanagers bij complexe vraagstukken

**Als Strategic & Operations Associate beschik je over de volgende vaardigheden**:

- Bachelor
- of masterdiploma in een relevant vakgebied zoals Economie, Data Science, Informatica of een gerelateerde discipline;
- Ervaring met data-analyse, bij voorkeur in een vergelijkbare rol (binnen de IT- of hardwaresector is een meerwaarde);
- Uitstekende kennis van Power BI en ervaring met Excel zijn een must, andere analysetools zoals SQL zijn een pluspunt;
- Sterke probleemoplossende vaardigheden en het vermogen om complexe vraagstukken te ontleden;
- Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden om effectief te kunnen samenwerken en inzichten te delen met verschillende stakeholders;
- Proactieve houding, teamgeest en het vermogen om zelfstandig te werken in een dynamische omgeving;
- Je kan je vlot uitdrukken in het Nederland & Engels, Frans is een meerwaarde
