En tant que Portfolio Manager spécialisé dans le secteur de l'assurance au sein de notre « Front Office », votre mission principale consistera à contribuer activement à l'implémentation de l'allocation tactique des actifs mobiliers. Vous serez responsable de la gestion des portefeuilles conformément aux directives établies par les organes de décision de notre société, tout en visant à maximiser les performances financières sous contraintes.

Vos tâches

Sous la supervision du Manager, vos responsabilités incluront:

- Participer à la construction efficace des portefeuilles en identifiant des opportunités d'opérations sur les marchés financiers, qu'il s'agisse de transactions sur les marchés "cash" ou "dérivés".
- Gérer une gamme d’ actifs diversifiés, incluant des investissements en Fixed Income, Equities, Derivatives, Unit Linked Product.
- Suivre de près les évolutions des marchés financiers et ajuster la composition des portefeuilles en conséquence.
- Maintenir et améliorer les outils d'informations à disposition du "Front Office" pour assurer une analyse et une information efficaces des actifs sous gestion.
- Actualiser continuellement vos connaissances en matière d'instruments de placement pour garantir une gestion optimale des actifs sous gestion.

Votre profil
- Une formation en économie appliquée ou dans un domaine similaire.
- Une expérience avérée dans la gestion opérationnelle des portefeuilles pour une compagnie d'assurances, avec plusieurs années d'expérience à son actif.
- Une expérience en gestion multi-actifs, notamment en Fixed Income, Equities, Derivatives, et produits liés aux unit-linked.
- Une capacité à travailler dans un environnement dynamique et exigeant, avec un esprit d'analyse et de synthèse développé.
- Une résistance au stress afin de prendre des décisions éclairées même dans des situations de pression.
- Une autonomie et une aptitude au travail en équipe, essentielles pour collaborer efficacement avec les différents départements de l'entreprise.
- Une bonne connaissance des 2 langues nationales
