- Vacatureomschrijving- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de technische verdere optimalisatie van de productieafdeling bij Tessenderlo Group Kuhlmann divisie te Tessenderlo;
- Je werkt volgens de hoogste kwaliteitsstandaarden teneinde de productieobjectieven te bereiken in het kader van de algemene strategie;
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het behalen van de vooropgestelde KPI’s met betrekking tot veiligheid, kwaliteit, productiviteit, fabricage;
- Je werkt efficiëntie projecten uit en werkt aan de verdere optimalisatie van de site;
- Je zorgt voor een cultuur van continue verbetering en je komt met voorstellen om dit te realiseren. In dit kader ben je trekker van verschillende verbeterprojecten;
- Je creëert een omgeving van vertrouwen, betrokkenheid en verantwoordelijkheidszin;
- Je werkt nauw samen met de Kuhlmann site in Frankrijk ; 2x per maand doe je deze verplaatsing;
- Je rapporteert aan de Operations Director.
- Functie-eisen- Je bezit bij voorkeur een Master diploma in een technisch-wetenschappelijke richting zoals bv Industrieel Ingenieur of gelijkwaardig door ervaring;
- Je beschikt over 5 jaar ervaring als leidinggevende in een productieomgeving;
- Je hebt een grondige kennis van Nederlands, Frans en Engels;
- Praktische kennis van de LEAN-filosofie (5S, SMED, ) en operational excellence is een pluspunt;
- Je bent een bezielend leider en organisator;
- Je bent een positief ingestelde persoon die anderen kan motiveren, inspireren en coachen;
- Je bezit sterke communicatieve vaardigheden, bent een echte teamplayer, hebt een sterk analytisch denkvermogen, een innovatieve ingesteldheid en je bent een proactieve en strategische denker.
