**Doelstelling**:
**Voornaamste taken**:
Wij zijn op zoek naar een enthousiaste kandidaat '˜Document specialist' die een opdracht op zich neemt mbt digitalisatie en simplificatie van formulieren binnen het QualiPSO project.

In deze project[s] [/s]rol zal je communiceren en samenwerken met verschillende afdelingen en ervoor zorgen dat het project soepel verloopt.

Het QualiPSO project omvat de simplificatie en harmonisatie van processen binnen het Quality Management Systeem, gevolgd door de implementatie van een uniforme digitale tool in al onze sites.

Volgende processen zijn omvat in het project:
Beheer van

1. Documentatie
2. Deviatie & CAPA
3. Change Control
4. Health, Safety & Environment
5. Quality Third Party
6. Audit management
7. Complaint management
8. Risk management.

In het kader van dit project, hebben wij een opdracht vacant als documentation specialist. De opdracht omhelst oa

1. Initïeren van overleg met experten van verschillende afdelingen
2. Identificatie van verbeteringsopportuniteiten mbt documentatie (forms)
3. Uitwerken en digitalisatie van forms
4. Aansturen en coördineren van deze verbeteringsopportuniteiten

Opdrachten worden besproken met en overzien door de Projectleider. Voor de uitvoering van de opdracht zal nauw samengewerkt worden met de Subject Matter Experts van het bedrijf

**Profiel**:

- 1-2 jaar projectervaring in GMP omgeving
- Zelfstandig/ initiatiefnemer
- Vanuit je sterke interpersoonlijke en communicatieve vaardigheden weet je een publiek te overtuigen
- Pragmatisch van aard en werkt graag in teamverband
- NL/ENG
- Doelgericht
- Ervaring in digitale tools
- Digitale skills
