In het kader van het bouwen aan de toekomst van de activiteiten bij Sonac in Gent zoeken we een M/V/X

**Operations Coordinator**:

Als Operations Coordinator sta je onder meer in voor het opmaken en managen van de productieplanning. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de opvolging en controle van kwaliteit & veiligheid op de werkvloer in de brede zin van het woord. Tevens ben je gefocust op het analyseren, optimaliseren en verankeren van operationele productieprocessen. Dit alles met het oog op performance optimalisatie, kwaliteitsverbetering, kostenbesparing én het verhoging van de productiecapaciteit van onze site in Gent.

Het voorbereiden, uitvoeren en leiden van proces gerelateerde testings behoort tot jouw verantwoordelijkheden, met als doel een optimaal verloop van de productie. Daarnaast maakt ook het uitschrijven van functionele beschrijvingen, procedures, werkinstructies en het up-to-date houden van de P&ID schema’s deel uit van je takenpakket.

Voorts ben je de kartrekker van het bestaande 5S-team en streef je steeds naar betere oplossingen samen met je collega’s. Tot slot wordt er ook van jou verwacht om verschillende productie gerelateerde handelingen uit te voeren in ons bestaand ERP-systeem.

In deze functie ga je onder andere de volgende werkzaamheden uitvoeren:

- Opmaken & opvolgen productieplanning
- Meedenken en doorvoeren van procesverbeteringen
- Sparren met het operations team over knelpunten in het proces
- Beheersing van het productieproces en de productkwaliteit
- Maken van rapportages en analyses met betrekking tot productieperformance, veiligheid en energieverbruik
- Monitoren van grondstoffen/eindproducten en nemen van preventieve maatregelen om productafwijkingen te voorkomen
- Het opstarten en begeleiden van verbeterprojecten gericht op productkwaliteit, veiligheid en kostenreductie
- Het voorbereiden en coördineren van proces gerelateerde testen
- Uitschrijven van instructies, procedures, functionele beschrijvingen
- P&ID schema’s up-to-date houden
- Verantwoordelijke van het 5S-team
- Werken met het bestaande ERP-systeem (JDE)

- Bachelor opleiding in een richting zoals Industrieel Ingenieur
- 5 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie
- Kennis van / affiniteit met procesunits binnen fabrieken, besturingstechnologie en procesveiligheid
- Analytisch ingesteld
