**Test Achats recherche quelqu'un pour le poste de Advisor TA Invest. (M/F/x)**

**La fonction**
- Dans le prolongement de nos publications « Test-Achats Invest » et des conseils qui y sont prodigués, vous renseignez plus avant le consommateur et répondez en temps réel, à un large éventail de questions ou de demandes relatives aux placements, assurances (vie et non-vie) et crédits aux consommateurs
- Vous traitez et donnez votre avis sur les dossiers litigieux présentant un impact financier pour le consommateur

**Profil recherché**
- Titulaire d’un Master, de préférence à orientation financière ou économique
- Au minimum 3 à 5 ans d’expérience dans une fonction similaire
- Expérience dans les placements financiers avec une bonne connaissance dans le domaine des crédits
- Avoir suivi avec succès un trajet de formation en assurances, agréé par la FSMA et destiné aux PCP est un atout
- Parfaite maîtrise du français (tant à l’écrit qu’à l’oral) avec une bonne connaissance du neerlandais
- Orienté clients et disposant d’une bonne écoute, vous êtes capable de vulgariser une matière technique
- Belle aisance et clarté au téléphone - une expérience en Contact Center constitue un atout mais n’est pas un must
- Esprit analytique et sens des responsabilités vous permettent de résoudre efficacement les problèmes qui vous sont exposés
- Flexible et résistant au stress, vous appréciez de travailler en équipe

**Test aankoop zoekt iemand voor de functie Advisor TA Invest. (M/F/x)**

**Je functie**:

- In het verlengde van onze publicaties “Test-Aankoop Invest” en van de adviezen die erin zijn gegeven, informeer je de consumenten en beantwoord je in real time een brede waaier van vragen of opmerkingen met betrekking tot beleggingen, verzekeringen (leven en niet-leven) en consumentenkredieten
- Je behandelt en geeft advies over geschillendossiers met financiële impact voor de consument

**Je profiel**:

- Master diploma, bij voorkeur in een financiële of economische richting
- Minimum 3 à 5 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie
- Specialisatie op het gebied van beleggingen met een goede kennis van kredieten
- Het opleidingstraject gevolgd hebben in verzekeringen, bestemd voor de PCP en erkend door de FSMA, is een troef
- Perfecte kennis van het Frans (zowel gesproken als geschreven) met een goede kennis van het Nederlands
- Consumentgericht met een goede luistervaardigheid, je bent in staat om een technische materie eenvoudig uit te leggen
- Vlotte communicator aan de telefoon -ervaring in een contact center is een extra troef, geen must
- Analytisch ingesteld, zin voor verantwoordelijkheid en oplossingsgericht
- Flexibel en stressbestendig, in staat om in een team te werken
