**Functie**:
Als **QC Specialist** krijg je heel wat verantwoordelijkheden:

- Als QC Specialist zal je** problemen met apparatuur en tests oplossen;**
- Het is jouw taak om de **continuïteit** van de laboratoriumtestapparatuur en -methoden te **bevorderen;**:

- Je **identificeert terugkerende storingen** aan apparatuur en tests, waarbij je onderscheid maakt tussen normale en abnormale laboratoriumtestresultaten;
- Het **behoud van de kwaliteit en beschikbaarheid** en **ziet toe op** een **correcte uitvoering** en onderhoud van laboratoriumapparatuur, inclusief dagelijkse controles en **melding** van **problemen**, zodat deze optimaal functioneren;
- Uiteraard **houd** je **dossiers bij**, houd je documentatie actueel, volg je veiligheidsprocedures en **rapporteer** je problemen en **moeilijkheden** aan de relevante personen ter plaatse;
- Je **coördineert** en realiseert een goede werkrelatie en uitvoering binnen je **eigen afdeling** en met **verwante afdelingen;**
- ** Daarnaast fungeer je** als **aanspreekpunt** voor de laboranten met betrekking tot QC testen en analyse apparatuur;
- Je interpreteert en behandelt procesgegevens, **stelt verbeteringen voor**, beoordeelt welke (potentiële) problemen geëscaleerd moeten worden;
- Daarbuiten valideer je bestaande en nieuwe analyseapparatuur;
- In deze functie ben je lid van het QC team en **rapporteer je aan de Sr Quality Control Manager**. Je werkt nauw samen met de afdelingen productie en quality assurance.

**Profiel en vaardigheden**:
Als **QC Specialist** kan je je vinden in het volgende:

- Je hebt een master
- of bachelor **diploma** **scheikunde** of een gelijkwaardige kennis door ervaring;
- We kijken naar een **3-tal jaren** **analytisch** scheikundige ervaring in een **labo**;
- Daarnaast heb je bij voorkeur kennis** **in het** ontwikkelen van labmethoden** & standaarden (GPC, GC, ICP-MS, HPLC);
- Daarbuiten ben jij een teamspeler met goede interpersoonlijke/ **overtuigend**e**/ probleemoplossend**e vaardigheden;
- Je hebt een systematische en **gestructureerde manier van werken**;
- Eveneens heb jij uitstekende **sociale** en contactuele **vaardigheden**;
- Je spreekt en schrijft **vloeiend Nederlands** en **Engels.**
